Sustainable-Design Using DVD-R Discs
To sustain the environment, I explored experimental design solutions.
These days, CD-R or DVD-R discs have accumulated in our office or home. These discs can record data only once. And those can’t record data on itself again. Although we throw them away when we don’t need those discs, they can be recycled as raw material. We may give them new life when we make use of the feature of the material. I present three models: lamp shade, tape dispenser, pencil tray which are made by unnecessary CD-R or DVD-R discs.
