For ideation, first of all, I researched salt and pepper shakers on the web and in the real. Then I explored several different design options using 2D and 3D sketches. From sketches, I came up with the idea to use the initials of pepper and salt and to carve each top face.

These salt & pepper shakers are used initials of “Salt” and “Pepper”. To make them unique, I curved the top face.
