This organizer has three layered storing spaces. As the first layer, the upper tray stores frequently using items, for instance, pencils, pens, scissors, wallet or keys. As a second layer, the organizer has the drawer in the bottom of itself. The drawer is aimed at storing not frequently using items or relatively expensive items that you wanted to conceal, for instance, watches and accessories. As the third layer, there is a storage space under the upper tray along the back wall. You can use this space to store spare items, for instance, spare batteries, spare keys, refills of pen and so on. The organizers can be connected by the connection pins that are stored at the back of the upper tray.
For ideation, first of all, I researched desk organizers on the web and in the real. I explored several possibilities with 2D sketch and sketch models on 1/2 scale.
After I found at a workable design, I made full scale models by cardboard for more detail verification.
Based on the full scale model, I started to explore final exterior design using 2D rendering. At the end, I modeled the one of those rendering by Rhinoceros and rendered it by KeyShot for appealing my idea more detail and clearly.

Desk Organizer

I designed this desk organizer to manage small items, for example, pencils, pens, scissors, cellphone, key, wallet, changes, and such the usual everyday things that clutter up a kitchen table or counter.

This organizer mainly has two concepts. The first, this organizer has three layered storing spaces for ease of use. The second one, the organizer uses the space more efficiently. It is placed between the books or documents folder.

Seeking the best solution for the function,
I explored the attractive outlook. The unique form of the organizer comes from an alligator.
