All of the findings were strategically collated, prioritised, and narrowed down to the get 5 need statements stated above. The next stage involved designing a new fairy liquid bottle based on these need statements.
Fairy Bottle - Redesigned fairy bottle to meet user needs. - Stable, squeezable none slip bottle. - Clearly a fairy branded product. - Releasing the concentrate increases user interaction, and reassures of a sealed bottle. - Eyecatching bubble semantics - Crystal clear liquid represents purity and cleanliness. Rendered using Photoshop.
Fairy Bottle - Manfacture and material suggestions for the final concept.
Fairy Bottle - A re-designed bottle for Fairy washing up liquid. It has crystal clear washing up liquid inside which exentuates cleanliness, but when the user gets the bottle home, they compress the baby, releasing a burst of fairy active boost and flavour into the rest of the liquid. It is used upside down, with the use of a zeller valve, allowing all the liquid to drain to the bottom, reducing wastage. Its shape has eyecatching bubble semantics, that allows the user to grip and squeeze in the same place.
