The University of San Carlos is one of the top universities in the Philippines. A mix of old and new marks USC's brand of education. In general, USC is busy getting a makeover. With much respect to the university's traditions, I strongly believe that the seal should be kept and give it a modern and professional look. This is why I still retained its seal, but tweaked it to make it look modern.
