KYLE's Brand Sypnosis
KYLE at a glance.
KYLE: Logo exploration
KYLE: Logo exploration and explanation
KYLE: Final logo I chose a cursive and a rigid font to make it into a logo because KYLE is a brand that caters to women yet we are looking into the androgynous side of fashion. Gold was chosen as the colour as gold is usually a premium colour and we would like to make the customers feel like they are special with the colour.
KYLE: Collage to give a better view of the brand. I chose black and white as the background colour because it symbolises offices. Many documents and such are in black and white and many things in the office are black and white, meaning that it is either choice A or B. The middle woman portrays the target customers (working women) that we are looking for. Someone who is confident and dresses well for almost anything. The image at the bottom right shows her working hard during the day, being independent and managing her own income while the image at the top left is of her other side, the one who knows how to enjoy life and remember to have fun with friends.
KYLE: These are the collateral for the shop taken together. Even so, due to some changes in the apparels, I changed the colour schemes of the items to match the apparels.
KYLE: The illustration of the different collateral planned out for the brand.
KYLE: This is the inspiration board for my store concept. I was inspired by the city life and the lines found in it because working women are usually in the city for work and such and therefore I chose the city to be my inspiration.
KYLE: This is the theme board for my store. I chose structured and rigid lines and shapes as that was what I got from looking at the inspiration. Not only that, offices have plenty of structured shapes too which is why I chose it, so that working women would feel the similarity and feel at ease in the store.
KYLE: This is the mood board for the store. Even though the store has a structured theme and is quite rigid, I plan to make it warmer by adding in some spotlights nearer to the featured area where the featured collections would be.
KYLE: This is the bubble diagram of the store, a rough layout of how the placement of areas are going to be like.
KYLE: This is the store layout.
KYLE: This is how I zoned the store, the red part being the public/selling area whereas the blue part is the private/non-selling area.
KYLE: This here is the kinesthetic flow of how the customers would walk through the store to view the apparels.
KYLE: These are the different lightings that can be used in the store. White lights are mainly used through out the store with spotlights at certain areas to feature some items.
KYLE: These are the materials that would be used in the store. The cement and the bricks are for the walls. The cement walls are only at one part of the store and it is also known as the featured walls. The floor would be made of white wood and the rods to hang the apparels are just metal rods.
KYLE: This is how the store looks like when I use 3D Sketch up software.

KYLE: This is the isometric view of the store when using 3D Sketch up software.
KYLE: This is the section view of the store, featuring the counter and the featured walls. The featured walls are mainly to show the logo of the store and also to let people know what kind of feel one might feel when wearing our apparels through the simple collage of the model.
KYLE: This is a section view of another part of the wall which includes the area that could be seen from the door, the area that the customers would enter to and also the fitting room area.

KYLE: This is the way to the store room.

KYLE: This is the view from behind the counter. The counter is placed at a certain angle so that the person standing there could have a good view of the whole store, including the fitting rooms.

KYLE: This is the first mock up model done for KYLE. It is done rather vaguely because I just wanted to see if the placement of items are good for the store or if there is anything to change. (Layout/Top View)

KYLE: This is the second mock up model done after some changes were decided and I find that the placement of things in the store now is much better and the traffic flow of the customers would be much better and simpler. (Layout/Top View)

KYLE: This is the third mock up model done and the placement of the items did not change but instead, I tried out possible materials that I thought of for the store to see if the colours are okay. (Layout/Top View)

KYLE: This is the final model done for KYLE store and as you can see, I changed the colour scheme and the materials of the store. As mentioned for the collaterals, I had to do some changes because the colours that I chose previously clashes when the apparels changed colours too. Therefore, I changed the colours and materials of the store also, to coincide with the apparels but also enhance it at the same time. (Layout/Top View)
