Life (15" x 19.5") - School project: We were required to create 3 images to represent Birth, Life, and Death. This is my image representing "Life". It is 15" x 19.5" in colored pencil and black marker. This image was created in a rectangular shape and larger than the other 2 images of the set. This is because life is all that which falls between the precise points of birth and death. Furthermore the leaves are depicted in a fluid impressionistic like manner to represent the vibrancy of life.
