Interior Design - Residential Interior Design, Kirkland, WA.
I selected new furniture pieces for the master bedroom and all the bedding for both the master and guest bedrooms. I rearranged all the furniture in both rooms as well.
Custom Bedding - I selected fabrics from the Seattle Design Center and had the bedding custom made. The chair and pillows were also reupholstered in fabric I selected.
Chicago Mies Van Der Rohe Building - My client purchased a penthouse studio of a Mies Van Der Rohe building in Chicago. He wanted the interior to look very modern, something like Mies Van Der Rohe would have designed himself. The place was completely empty and needed bedding/linens, electronics, accessories, everything for the kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. The above image is a diagram of the furniture placement and the furniture pieces I selected and ordered for my client. The condo was completed in 2006.

Living Room Interior Design - This room was filled with random pieces of furniture causing it to be a very uncomfortable room. I re-arranged, edited, and accessorized this room making it have nice balance and colors that flow.

Family Room Interior Design - This room was empty and the walls were painted bright orange-red. I selected a new wall color and pulled the pieces of furniture from various rooms in the house creating a cozy room to lounge and watch tv in.
Kirkland Residence Interior Design - This bathroom was originally painted light purple. I selected a new wall color, accessories, and created the modern floral arrangement.

Cantu Residence , Kirkland WA. - After we found the accessories for this room, I created a rendering so the Cantu's could visualize what the accent wall would look like painted chocolate brown.
Cantu Residence , Kirkland WA. - This room was almost there but was missing its edge and needed some warming up. I pulled in a fun colorful rug and added some accessories to the table & that did the trick.
