C o n c e p t D e s i g n
The house has a floor area of approx. 110 square meters. The main entrance leads to a living room and a dining room with a kitchen corner. The living room and the dining room have direct access to the terrace through a glazed sliding door. Located on the opposite side are the two bedrooms and the bathroom all facing east.
Early in the morning the natural light penetrates inside the living room and the dining room through a glassed vertical part framed by the roof slopes, while later in the afternoon the extended eaves protect the internal space from the direct summer sun rays and make abundant shadows outside on the terrace.
The use of natural materials such as timber and stone contribute to the creation of a comfortable and pleasant inner environment.
