The building is located in the vicinity of the town of Chirpan, surrounded by green fields, agricultural lands and trees.
The prefabricated concrete structural elements /columns, wall panels and composed roof panels/ allow wide construction spans and big distance between the floor and the ceiling which gives more freedom in the reorganization of the areas.
The proposed concept includes a front office part /main office room, office for the secretary and an archive/ and a residential part in the rear /bedroom, living room with a fireplace, bathroom and toilet facilities/. The small kitchenette in the residential part serves as well as a café-bar for drinks for the business clients.
A small swimming pool and a reservoir for rain water are among the changes in the garden, whereas new external stairs allows access to the roof terrace. Possibilities for the use of solar energy, by placing solar panels on the roof of the building are also considered.
