Located on the outskirts of the city of Latina, the Water Tower represents an important visual reference clearly seen from numerous streets and squares.
Symbolically, supplying the city with water, the Water Tower acts like a source of life. To generate new urban activities in this area the image of the Water Tower is modified by the use of light, artificial fog effects, different colours, sounds and lights - as a reflection of the water constantly changing from harmony and silent to motion, stream and noise.
The new office facility integrates business and public activities, incorporating flexible office and conference space with public and leisure areas. A lift connects the public plaza with the top of the water tower, offering incredible views towards the city.
The new structure is in harmony with the nature - an organic form, twisted around the Water Tower and covered by a translucent envelope like a natural skin, made of glass.
