The residential building is located close to one of the main roads leading from the city centre of Sofia to the mountain of Vitosha - a location, which offers fast and convenient connections to the city centre via private and public transport.
On a junction of small local roads, separated from the noise and the dust of the urban traffic, the residential building offers a quiet living environment. The apartments on the upper levels and the panoramic terraces of the studios on the top level have incredible panoramic views towards the mountain, while the retail space provides public facilities for the people living in the district.
The straight lines of the façades and the simple orthogonal form of the building are emphasized by the use of contrast colours creating a composition of geometric figures and lines.
