The 60 meters high office complex is composed of three connected wings and offers public premises and flexible conference and office space.
The dynamic and charged with urban activities world sweeps and curves the building’s edges, rather than fixing them, forming a constantly floating space. The glazed façades correspond to the lightness of the form and blur the boundaries between the interior and the city landscape, filling the inner space with natural light.
Striving to be zero-emission the building’s tall twisted shape, curved around a semi-roofed-in courtyard, offers a self-shading capacity and ensures the natural ventilation by intensifying the wind up-flows. Controlled daylight penetration with a special treatment of the glassed façades in accordance to the orientation by the use of glass panels with incorporated photovoltaic cells and shadings devises, ensures an effective inner temperature regulation, resulting in low energy consummation.
