The Apartment Hotel is located in Pavel Banya - a small tourist town in the central part of Bulgaria. The region of Pavel Banya is known for its numerous mineral springs, famous rose fields, beautiful mountains with old woods, mild climate and rich historical heritage. The beautiful nature offers many places for rest while the old traditions provoke the tourists’ curiosity.
The tilted boxes of the vertical communication cores break the monotone chain of the long body of the building. The terraced structure not only enhances the dynamic feeling of the architectural composition but also creates a variety of apartments different in type and size.
The Apartment Hotel is a complex of two terraced buildings - a building composed of 5 residential levels and a building composed of 4 residential levels. The complex has several roof terraces offering panoramic views towards the mountain of Stara Planina and the centre of the town of Pavel Banya.
