The residential building is located in Sofia, in a central residential district, close to St. Ekaterina UNMHAT Hospital and to the National Palace of Culture.
The terraced structure not only enhances the dynamic feeling of the architectural composition but also creates a variety of apartments different in size and type. The balconies are turned towards the inner yard, facing south and south east. The railings are composed of glass panels with incorporated photovoltaic cells generating energy. The boxes of the vertical communication cores, projected on the north façade, break the long monotone body of the building.
The residential building is composed of 7 terraced above ground levels and offers 77 apartments, grouped in 5 residential units, retail areas on the ground level and an underground car park level.
