The Master Plan for Burgas Airport shows the development of the airport from the year 2012 until the year 2031. It refers very close to the Master Plan for Burgas Airport form May 2007 and is consistent with the ICAO Airport Planning Manual, Part 1, Master Planning.
The Master Plan for Burgas Airport is a guide for the future development of Burgas Airport, the main purpose of which is to give a long term orientation for area development in a logical and sustainable manner. The Master Plan shows a preliminary future land use plan and determines which site offers the most potential to satisfy the growth requirements.
