The historical heritage and the natural environment of Frenkchissar Peninsula are unique. However, nowadays, the area is abandoned.
The place is shown in a different way, by using the natural and anthropological characteristics of the area. The visual contact between different viewpoints highlights the contrast between the dynamism, motion, fluidity and lightness of the river and the solid , static rocks - a journey from the static past, through the ephemeral and changing present to the unpredictable future.
The recreation area with sport and cultural facilities is located in a park area on the peninsula formed by the curve of Yantra River. The accommodation area is located along the opposite side of the river.
The proposed contemporary space is convenient for various cultural events such as concerts, art and folklore festivals and even events connected to the historical heritage - a History Land.
