The Administration Building is located next to the main entrance of Burgas Airport, adjacent to the junction of the highway Burgas-Varna.
The Administration Building offers office areas, conference premises and social facilities. The main entrance, leading towards a foyer with a reception, is from south-west. Two additional secondary entrances are also provided, one from south-east and another from north-west.
The building skin incorporates a shading system corresponding to the concept for an optimal day light penetration into the rooms - a façade design characterized by the use of materials responding to the sun exposure, sun shading and penetration.
In future, if the operation of the airport requires so, an additional building for administrative use similar in size could be built next to the administrative building. There is a possibility that the two buildings will be connected by a covered passage and a winter garden.
