My business logo.
Greenwich Hospital Teddy Bear Clinic - Passport I designed when working at PaperMill for Greenwich hospital. The idea was for children to get familiar with different departments of the hospital and not be scared. They would get a stamp when they visited each department.
The Catering Angels - Menu and logo design when working at Sir Speedy Printing.

Recombined Jeans - Logo I designed for an Etsy Store. This store sells Jeans recycled into handbags and hand-knitted items. Freelance Job.
The making of Recombined logo 1 - logo for an online Etsy store that sells handbags made from old jeans: I started with a sketch of 3 leaves, because they had a natural feel, such as the fiber in the cotton and to show the product is earth friendly. I arranged the leaves in the shape of a recycle symbol, since the handbags are made from recycled material. They have a patchwork look to them, next I added a few colors to make the leaves into a patchwork pattern. I added the name of the store and used Recombined as the handle.
The making of Recombined logo 2 - The client liked the leaf idea, but it wasn't exactly what she wanted. She wanted to show the transition of the leaves from bud to autumn leaves to symbolize recycled. I drew a bud and 2 leaves 1 green leaf and 1 autumn leaf. I then placed them on a patch of denim blue. I chose the text because she embroiders on the purses and the font had an embroidered look. I experimented with both light and dark denim and texture, different colored leaves, and different placements of the objects and text.
Recombined 3rd and final - She decided that she didn't like the bud and liked the original idea of the 3 leaves. One green and 2 autumn leaves. She liked the font and the dark denim. I feel that the goal was reached. It is a logo that symbolizes a recycled product using natural materials while showing a patch-like and embroiderd look like the handbags that she makes. She was happy with it!
