FOOD STYLIZING - Chocolate is very sensitive to hot and cold temperatures in a studio setting. As a result there is much trial and error in handling chocolate. When necessary the final images are retouched in Photoshop. The most difficult of the shoots of course is ice cream. In all cases the images are original and either add or subtract original elements.
