After playing a round of disc golf in early spring, I threw into a stream which was rather high. My disc quickly disappeared and my search efforts were in vain. I decided I needed way to rake the bottom of the creek, so I created this disc golf rake, that could be collapsed. It can be thrown from shore and hauled back using a piece of parachute cord.

I had some scrap pieces of PVC and some bolts around but I had to buy the PVC connectors. I drew up a quick sketch to determine the correct lengths and what angle the bolts should face. I then test the rake on dry land to make sure it actually retrieved discs.
