Aby Warburg created Mnemosyne Atlas by using a juxtaposition of images in order to convey an idea. The same image accompanying a different set of other images will eventually convey different stories. I was inspired by a conflicting energy between Frank Gehry’s IAC building on from the north and the boxy DEA building from the south. I based my building parti on two different elements: a solid core and intertwining paths of galleries.
