Dice Chair
Roll the math around your room! Computer code isn’t boring anymore. Every facets of this wireframe is flat and can be the base surface of a chair. Exploring the surprises that this randomness form brings to you. The parameters are 100% tangible, not only living in its own context of digital data and renderings. In addition, to 3d-print or CNC routered the whole frame would end up with an extremly expensive chair. In order to pushing the normalization of parametric design, I am pursuing in manufacturing an affordable piece of furniture. To push even further, I developed a co-design system that help people generate, make and assemble their own chair at home.
