New business development through system thinking
The assignment was to boost growth of a business by understanding system from a holistic perspective. The project gave us an overview how synergy and emergence work within a system. It gave us a better understanding how; we can leverage point to intervention for maximum impact. The final outcome of this project was a business model. It was done by finding core essence and structure of a system and solving them in layers - through cause and loop analysis.
