Indian railway Kiosk
This project was a hypothetical project, which we started with macro and micro level system analysis by visiting site again and again.
We found out physical ergonomics issues in existing machine followed by cognitive issues. After studying other effecting factors like environment, time etc. we analyzed target user through several techniques and suggested physical and interface design for the kiosk.
