Design Problem Storyboard using Photoshop.
Initial Concept design Ideas of possible ideas for shape and function.
Further development of shape to make it more aesthetically pleasing for all generations.
My processing through ideas of how to attach a spare canister within the the container.
Perspective drawing page to convey certain aspects of my design i.e rib lines to guide the inhalers into place, translucent lid and handheld compact capabilities.
Solidworks model edited in Photoshop to display its key features. The hinge for the lid, the canister push fit clip, compact fitting of all items, the snap fit clip lid feature with easy push release, The rib features that guide the inhalers into place so that they sit perfectly.
Another Solidworks Photoshop page to show a different aspect of the container.

Sabi Inspired Inhaler Container

Sabi Thrive is an award winning product line of pill boxes, pill organizers and pill dispensers.

My brief was to look at a section of their market that had not been exploited, I was then to come up with a design that could easily fit into their Thrive range and be sold as one of their products.

I often found that when playing football, my inhalers would be in the bottom of my boot bag and would collect dirt and dust. Meaning that when I go to use them before I play, I would end up inhaling them causing myself to cough. I would then have to clean them before I could take them again.

I then came up with this tight, compact and sleek Inhaler container that would be injection moulded to hold two inhalers and a spare canister for when one runs out.

These are just a few of my pages within this project to display how I came from my intial idea to my final and finished model.
