Private Residence - Kitchen Renovation
The project involves removing an existing wall dividing the kitchen and family room areas to create a great room serving multiple functions. The desire to have a gathering space for entertaining friends and family and the need to relocate the computer station currently in a guest room requires the great room to function as the kitchen work space, casual dining, cozy seating around the fireplace, and a impromptu office area. Universal design is referenced for this project for ease of use and accessibility within the kitchen work triangle.
