A perspective of the floor plan of a Modern condominium highrise, the rooftop of which is embellished with a penthouse. The pergola is Contemporary and brings the otherwise Modern looking project into the 21st century. To complete the block, we were asked to design a parking structure and an office building. The use of classical elements such as arches, columns, and corner quoins, but not in classical
proportions/traditional ways, make the work appear Post Modern or Neo Mannerist. The three-story windows along the facade of the office building harken back to industrial and transportation structures of the early modern period.
