The artist that we looked at for this project was Arcimboldo. He was a 16 century artist who was known for his collages using fruits, vegetables, and books.We used the Lasso tools, command C to copy, command V to paste , option, click, and drag to paste, the eraser tool to erase things that was unneeded, and the magnifying glass tool to zoom in and out. First i started out by opening the file that Ms. Heckel shared with us for the fruits and vegetables, then we picked out the fruits that we wanted, and finally we cut and paste different fruits and vegetables to make a collage of us. The most challenging part of this project was taking the picture at the beginning and the most rewarding project was finally finishing the project. Next time i do this project I would like it if we were able to use more objects.
