Step 1 - Get a Big Slab of PVC - Guitar body was designed to be milled on 3-axis machine. PVC is centered and ready for clamps.
Step 2 - Cut PVC for Bridge, Neck, Controls and Pickups - The length of the neck drives the dimensions for the bridge and pickup locations. If the bridge or pickups are a little off, the guitar will sound horrible (who wants to listen to that)
Step 3 - Cut your Design - Once the pockets for the crucial components are cut, (pick ups, neck pocket, bridge) the tone and volume locations came after (4 holes bottom left). Shape and contouring of the body next. Now flip it over.
