Typography III - 18x24 music poster.
The assignment was to choose a song, preferably instrumental, and create a poster using some derived text and images to form the mood of the song. The images and type transparencies were projected from two types of projectors and photographed, for a raw feel.
Typography I - Typographic posters from the Typography I class. This series of three posters was created using only typefaces to depict splashes of sea water and sand.
The features of the three 'Lineale' families were researched and presented in the poster series.
The water effect is created with type that reads "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog", the popular typeface-testing phrase.
The posters were printed on metallic champagne colored heavyweight paper to give it the sandy effect.
