Koulutyö - projektissa suunniteltiin kerrostalon katolle kaksi kattohuoneistoa kattotalotyyppisesti. Asiakas toivoi huoneistoihin ylellisyydentuntua ja tasokasta asumismukavuutta.
Lisäksi projektiin kuului myös taloyhtiön yhteisten piha-alueiden suunnittelua.
