Nike Caged Zoom Spiridon Running shoe
The Zoom Spiridon was designed to be a lightweight trainer that would be the debut of the caged zoom cushioning technology. I designed it to be light and breathable. The structure of the forefoot is placed to support the structure of the foot bones and allow freedom for flexibility at the joints. It also featured a cutout around the ankle area for comfort. The heel cushioning was placed to mimic the fatpad in the heel of a foot. The whole project reflected the notion of biomimicry of the human foot.
