Concept for an Iconic Electric Vehicle - This project set out to design an automotive icon for electric drive vehicles (EVs). The end result needed to suggest a new styling direction as well as change current perceptions of today’s EVs. The final design had to be dynamic and iconic, standing out from its ICE powered counterparts. It was inspired by forms found in nature; beautiful, strong, dynamic. The EV is nothing new, but its ability to harvest energy from several sources (grid, solar, wind etc) is what will make it iconic.
