Product planning software for complex enterprise scenarios
The application interface had not been updated since a decade and existed in an XUL window. The challenge here was to re-design the application to a browser-based setup along with tackling major usability issues in a phased manner. The application is huge and has more than 15 modules each a mini-app within itself. This further added to the complexity.
I initially conducted a Heuristic review to identify major issues, post which I designed the new interaction.
