THE JALI PRINT

This was a project, where the brief was to develop a collection of print surfaces and its co-ordinates. The print designs created were inspired from the intricate 'Jali' work done inside the ‘Badshah-no-Hajiro’ mosque in Ahmedabad, India. The project was done as a tribute to the city of Ahmedabad. Among all the surfaces,one final print was screen printed in different colorways.
