The module aimed to introduce the concept of service design and explore the scope for design intervention in the field of service design.
The service designed was ‘Manchan’ – An artist’s platform to share, assess and promote work.
‘Manchan’ aimed to help the artists to share their creative work, get honest unbiased feedback for improvement and eventually monetize their creativity to establish their own brand name.
