The population of our planet and it’s integration grows very quickly. In social sphere the number of people’s needs also rises very quickly .But in places with big density ,for example, in cities of Middle or South-East Asia a problem of getting up to date and qualified medical aid becomes more intense year after year . Therefore one of the main aims of the project is to create a building which can provide a various qualified medical aid for a large number of people.
Zones of the hospital location– big cities or districts of the most big cities in South-East Asia , such as Beijing , Shanghai ,Hong-Kong etc.The choise is clear they are territories with big density of population, and one of the aims of the project is to provide medical aid for as many people as possible. Also it was necessary to take into account big reservoir of ground water on selectable region, because the hospital gets water and energy from underground waters . This allows the hospital be autonomous. And as the regions of the big cities in Asia possess one of the richest reservoir of ground water- they are the best choise. An exterior of the building reflects the territory on which it will be built.Natural forms , such as crane and lotus are the base for creating architectural form of the building. A silhouette of white crane was used to create the main form of the hospital.
MAIN PROBLEMS AND DECISIONS 1.Energy and water delivery. Due to the large size of the building , it will be very difficult for the city to supply the Hospital with water and energy uninterruptedly. That’s why the Hospital was initially created to be automous. It becomes possible ifwe use ground water aquifers. Another advantage of the underground water is that it can provide us not only with fresh and clean water, but also electricity. It allows the Hospital to be autonomous from the central power network and central urban water supply of the city. 2.Transport. For the reason that a large number of buildings of various medical purposes can be situated far from each other, the distance between them causes many difficulties for staff and especially for patients. This problem can be solved with the help of a monorail line. This system can substantially simplify a pedestrian system and improve communicability between the buildings.
SPECIAL FEATURES 1. The special faceted material of the roof in the diamond shape has a definite purpose. The chosen form allows accumulating the precipitation water, which can be later used in economic purposes. 2. One of the main peculiar features of the skyscraper is the viewing point. It consists of 10 magnetic modules of diamond shape. By dint of magnets these modules can go up to the air and levitate, 20 meters high above the Hospital. You can forget all your problems and worries, soaring in the air above the noisy city. EMERGENCY SERVICE Every building is supplied with the operational unit. For time saving during the patient transportation these operational units are situated near the ambulance station. The center of a building is provided with an elevator system, with the emergency elevator among them. This emergency elevator stops only at the floors with operation blocks.
