"Tetra Plectra" January 2020
The garment is made from a year's worth of almond milk + soup Tetra Paks and clamshell containers that I punched into hundreds of shimmering guitar picks and fastened together using jump rings. A .010 inch broken guitar string remnant is soldered to Tetra Pak guitar picks at either side of the top to hold the garment up, the thin gauge of the string appears invisible. I designed, fabricated and modeled the garment at the Rubbish Renewed Eco Fashion Show's tenth anniversary.
