About layers - The U-cake has three layers. The topmost layer has no screen. Instead it uses a special transparent outer casing. This contains a color chip that uses a special dye to display remaining capacity. The middle layer stores the dye. The bottom layer contains the memory
chip, and a color control chip.
The user can change the color of the dye as he or she wishes.
