Standard Bank: ways of working
When Standard Bank, Africa's biggest bank, combined multiple Jo'burg offices into one swanky new HQ, there was a very real fear their people would struggle to adapt to open-plan surroundings and modern working styles.
They asked us to communicate a new code of conduct.
These animations were shown as part of the official induction tour and training, and also ran on the intranet and plasma screens around the building.
