Original offers page
Updated design and UX. Here I utilized the entire page allowing for a much larger product shot and offer details. In this coupon we wanted to test a short registration form as opposed to non at all. Here the user must give a few details including name, date of birth and email address before they are able to print the coupon. Included on the page are the FAQs as well as simple graphic printing directions. There are also recirculation links encouraging the user to visit other areas of the site. Also, the offer is shareable through social networks allowing the brand to access additional would-be consumers.
In the original UX there was no Thank you page. I added one to keep the consumer engaged on the site longer. It includes the ability to share through social networks as well as containing information about other products that the user may find useful as well as recirculation links to other parts of the site.

Johnson & Johnson: Coupon pilot

One of the goals of the Digital Center of Excellence is to help our brands improve both UI and UX of their sites. In this pilot we took the existing offers page and updated the design as well as the UX of the printing process. The 2 brands chosen for this pilot were Clean & Clear and Listerine. The pilot proved successful and the updated creative and UX have become a permanent additions to both Listerine.com and Cleanandclear.com
