ATT Device User Experience: Firmware Update Over the Air - I updated the FOTA flow to include the scenario of updating a device over WIFI and Desktop Client. The main challenge was in assessing the methods by which the FOTA client could communicate with the WIFI client.

AT&T Device User Experience: Heuristic Review Template - While working in the Device UX team, I also launched a expert review program- a robust methodology aimed at thoroughly reviewing a pre-market device.This multistep process allows for any UX evaluator to quickly assess and capture the areas of native device functionality which need improvement. This process is communicated to device manufacturers and is currently implemented throughout the company as a method of capturing UX issues.
