Oral B Toothbrush Holder

Mould design and manufacture of a widget for Oral B that holds the families toothbrush heads.
Workshop techniques include model making, prototyping, foam models cut on CNC machine, mould making, inserts made in milling/ drilling machines. Injection moulding of the final widget.
Considerations included plastic materials, tooling and manufacturing for the product to be mass produced, at minimal cost effect expenses.
When produced the widget was made from LDPE. When manufactured the widget would be made from HDPE.
