Using various lengths of rivets, I created a space between the top elements and the bracelet to give three-dimensionality to the cuff. The curve of each metal strip is to express the movement of the Hanbok fabric.

For this project, I created a cuff bracelet using several different techniques: piercing, sawing, filing, annealing, roller printing , riveting and patina. The design was inspired by Hanbok, a traditional costume in Korea. The patterns and decorations of the costume were expressed in an abstract way, while paying homage to my inspiration.
