Design a fruit bowl or a vase. Use the characteristics of the target material. This property must be clear.
The selected base material may not be finished, but half-finished product (plate, strip, block, grain etc).
Create a prototype of your design. The presentation sheet to support your design.

Give a found object a different and new function. This is allowed with a small change to the object. The original function of the object must be recognizable. The presentation sheet (A3) needs to clarify the new function.
multifunctionality - Task:
Combine 2 objects to a common format.
This may be a relatively little change.
Try a relationship between the two objects.
Solution:
Cup with heating wire operated by a battery for cold hands.
shape transition - Task:
Choose 2 of the forms (1 round and a straight shape) and look for possible shape transitions. Allow at least 10 different sketches. Work out a proposal in Solidworks.
The presentation sheet must show the shape transition well, with possibly the inspiration.
