LV-61 Downtown Las Vegas Development - Downtown Las Vegas is undergoing a major revolution in design and
urban character. The design proposes bringing this area into the
twenty-first century with an avant-garde look that takes advantage of Las
Vegas’ free design spirit. On a 13-acre site owned by a major gaming corporation,
the design has created dynamic, eye-catching forms with
both public and private functions from spas and casinos to a new private
‘beach’ raised fifty feet above Main and Fremont Streets.
