PIN Pad (card reader) using advanced surface and solid modelling techniques within an integrated CAD/CAM software. During the design process files and data will be created to support and configure software to produce 3rd angle orthographic drawings to current practice and standards.
The design is compact, hand held, ergonomic, and economic. Consider plastic design for injection moulding process. The assembly contains the following parts:
• top and bottom enclosures – according to your initial sketches;
• a rubber keypad – with minimum of 12 keys (1, 2, 3, …9, 0, Cancel, Enter);
• a PCB to accommodate the card reader, the LCD, the keypad contacts (with keypad on top), and other electronic components;
• a lens.
