Conduct research to better understand small businesses and their needs, distill insights and ideate different solutions as converstations starters with Tyro.
MY ROLE:
Stakeholder and user interviews; guerrilla research; analysis of research results; insights and opportunities identification; ideation sessions with the team; presentation to Tyro stakeholders.
