Toyota Australia doesn’t only sell cars; they help business clients with their fleet.

THE ASK:
What does fleet service look like in the future? What services should Toyota offer?

OUR APPROACH:
Identify what a fleet service should offer in the near future via stakeholder and user interviews; trend research and workshops with stakeholders. This resulted in a UX strategy report presented to Toyota.

MY ROLE:
Project and client management; close collaboration with the strategy team; participation in workshops; project delivery within time and budget.
